Sometimes the Local Planning Authority will require an applicant to enter into contractual agreements which fall outside the normal scope of the planning process. These are known as Section 106 Agreements and can involve significant costs. PPS Planning can discuss and negotiate with the local planning authority on your behalf.

Many planning applications must be submitted with a design and access statement. A design and access statement is required to explain and justify your scheme. PPS Planning can ensure that a thorough and persuasive design and access statement is submitted with your application.
